  • The agreed fee is due as cash on the day of the event or by cheque seven days prior to the event
  • If the event is cancelled within 28 days of the event; the full fee is payable.
  • 4 Fun Entertainment shall be under no liability if we are unable to carry out this assignment for any reason beyond are reasonable control including (without limiting the foregoing); Act of God: legislation: war: fire: flood: inadequacy or unsuitability of instructions: failure of power supply.
